QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in offline / on-ground marketing

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as social media and lead-based campaigns

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and written)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities including site branding, hoardings, brochures, and print advertisements

  • Coordinate with vendors, media agencies, and outdoor advertising partners

  • Manage on-ground promotions, site events, and walk-in campaigns

  • Support digital marketing efforts by coordinating content, creatives, and campaign requirements

  • Track enquiries generated from offline activities and provide basic performance insights

  • Ensure all marketing materials align with Horizon Estates brand standards

 

Front Office Executive
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 1–3 years of experience in a front office / reception role (hospitality or real estate preferred)

  • Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and basic written communication)

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)

Role Description
  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and walk-ins efficiently

  • Maintain visitor records and basic front office documentation

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and internal teams as required

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing day-to-day front desk activities

  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organised, and welcoming at all times

Site Engineer
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • 1–4 years of experience in residential or commercial construction

  • Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans

  • Knowledge of basic construction practices, materials, and quality standards

  • Proficiency in English and Kannada for site communication

  • Basic knowledge of measurements, billing, and site documentation

Role Description
  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications

  • Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labour teams

  • Monitor material usage, workmanship, and site progress

  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety practices on site

  • Assist in measurements, quantity checks, and basic site documentation

  • Report daily progress and site issues to the project management team
